Broadening the circle

I'm running because in the last election there were zero women nominated in the NCR. That has to change. We need active clubs and programs that support women so more of us succeed.

Young women tell me they aren't seeing opportunities and feel they have to create their own. Elder women tell me they feel pushed out. A strong mentorship program can broaden the circle so there's space for all women at the table.

More women nominated

Proactive recruitment, training and transparent support to increase women's nominations in the NCR and across the East.

Active clubs + programs

Reactivate and resource clubs with practical toolkits, outreach support and accessible events that work for real life.

Mentorship across generations

Pair emerging leaders with experienced members in a respectful, structured program that builds skills and leadership pipelines.
